Apartment Review for Wilshire Pines Apartments - Tempe, AZ

First off the women who is the property manager, her name is Tami Linkletter. Her co worker is Alma, a possible foreign girl. Anyhow we lived here for 6 months, and we had little problems at first. The refrigerator wasn't working too well and the maintenance is very mediocre. On our 5th month of stay we had bed bugs problems and the property manager blamed us for bringing the bed bugs! And even when we told them we had bed bugs, all she does is send exterminators and have them offer free inspection/estimations. It is horrible! And most importantly the community is not very good either, you will see dog crap on the grass every other week.
