Apartment Review for William Connelly Properties - Tempe, AZ

We moved out of a Connelly property after living there relatively happily for 14 months. Upon moving out, Sandy, his office woman, inspected our place. There were a few small things that she told us we needed to repair in order to get our deposit back, so we did. When they sent us what I thought was going to be a refund check for our deposit, it turned out to be a bill... Not only did we pay a $150 non-refundable deposit when we moved in, but we also paid a $450 deposit, which they "applied to the cleaning charges." In addition to keeping my $450, they are now also trying to charge me another $97... Take my advice and move into one of the many places in Tempe that aren't owned by William Connelly.
