Apartment Review for Vista Del Sol - Tempe, AZ

We have had a serious roach infestation (and I assume others nearby must have them too) since we moved in. We have complained and complained (it is not a livable space), and finally after crying on the phone with the manager, she sent an exterminator after a week if living there. Needless to say, the minor spraying he did hasn't made a difference and we've had to take it into our own hands (which frankly, I don't have time to focus on roaches). Other than that, the apartments are fine... nice even, but the management sucks. Most of the staff are students who don't know about the apartments and don't really care. The mail is almost always late. The apartments had not been cleaned when we moved in. We asked them to do this at move-in, and it still hasn't happened yet (been two weeks). In general, it's just been a bad experience because of the many many roaches. (They're in the closets, on our desks, on the shelves, in the kitchen drawers and cabinets, in the dishwasher, in the sinks, all over the floor, the walls, the ceilings!)
