Apartment Review for Vista Del Sol - Tempe, AZ

Horrible! if you are into studying, or occasionally do your homework, forget about it! it's the noise center of Tempe!! They invite vendors/bands, or thro partys right under your windows. On the weekends, musik blaring till midnight. WTF?!!All you have is a buncha teenagers living there! They trash the buildings on daily basis, maintanance cant keep up with the madness. Elevators most of the time are broken, and when they work they stink like piss and throw up. Management doesnt care. The have buncha bimbos working there who are clueless! DONT RENT THERE! This place is the biggest rip offs in Tempe! They nickel and dime you for everything. Almost forgot, mail service is totally dysfunctional!!! So if your order books or anythng online, make sure to insure it cuz most likiely you aint getting it! Things dissappear and no one knows what happened, they tell you it's been never delivered.The WORST apts I've ever lived in!! STAY AWAY!!!! I HOPE THEY BURN IN HELL!!
