The same thing happened to me with them telling me to drop out of school. I never turned in my guarantor form, which they told me completed the lease and yet they still said my parents are liable. The manager Michael is a rude prick who will talk down to you at all costs. Stay away from here and find a place that is nicer and cheaper and with management that cares.  Need to rent an apartment?
