Apartment Review for Vista Del Sol - Tempe, AZ

My advice is live somewhere else. I have had nothing but problems. The mail is always late because they only have 2 people sorting it for the 1000 students that live here. The parking is behind the complex and there is no guest parking. The maintenance staff is not helpful and takes around 2 months to get anything fixed. The entire place is run by students so when you have a problem, they don't know the answer and it is difficult to get a hold of anyone with authority. It is full of noisy students, but that's expected in this area. Looks great from the outside, but the worst staff and worst run place you could ever imagine. Don't live here unless you like your mail late daily and you want to carry your groceries from a mile away.
