Apartment Review for Villages On Mill - Tempe, AZ

I have lived here for about two years now. I have pipes over my living room dining table, 4 random holes, poorly patched with drywall not even sized, holes above my bathtub and toilet, never once drycleaned carpets, holes in my roomates room caused by the maintainance, my hall closet has been ripped out and shoved back into the spot obviously damaged, my sink has leaked for about two weeks, my oven doesnt work and hasnt for a month, theres mold in my roomates bathroom. this place is honestly the slummiest place i have ever lived. just a couple days ago another person died here getting shot by her bf, theres tons of nutjobs here and if they are not nutjobs they dont speak english, the maintainance perform their job by riding around in carts all day doing absolutely jack *&#$! theres consistant drug deals, cops stop you just to let you know that this is a high crime area, tons of tweekers, crackheads, rapists, etc. what else can i say, would you move here?
