Apartment Review for University Crossroads - Tempe, AZ

I have only been here for a few months and it is awful. There is no weekend maitenance, so if your ac goes out (which mine has on multiple occasions) you're SOL. Now imagine AZ in September with no az. I was promised free wifi when I moved in and it has still not been made available. Because of the way the apts are set up you can hear everything that goes on outside on the balcony, so sleeping is challeging. Also my window was damaged when I moved in, and it still hasnt been fixed...I had to pull teeth to get them to come in and fix my toilet when the handle broke (5 days) The staff appears very friendly, but I have never had a pleasant experience with them, and I am breaking the lease after only 5 months. Overpriced crappy apartments.
