Apartment Review for Trillium At Rio Salado - Tempe, AZ

the office is very negative when they talk to their tenants. thought this place was good for the first two days but i could not get into my apartment because the fob never worked for the first two months. And this weekend my brothers car got broken into causing 2000 dollars of damage. The car was parked in a supposedly secure gated garage that apparently easy to get into. when we went to the manager to talk about it he said and i quote, "We do not guarantee the safety of you or your property. This place is horrible we are leaving and you or anyone you know should stay away.
