Apartment Review for The Village On University At Asu - Tempe, AZ

This place is such a dump and so overpriced it is ridiculous. Our apartment wasn't even clean when we moved in. When we called to complain they sent up a cleaning crew that couldn't even speak English. When they came back to clean they didn't even vacuum the carpeting. Everything we filled out work orders for has not even been followed up on. We have toilets that plug, no smoke detectors, stained carpets, stained mattresses, walls counters, bugs etc. We saw a guy urinating in the parking lot the first night there. Should be an interesting year. I was warned about this place and I wish I would have listened. All I cared about was being around people I like and having fun. We are not even one week into it and I hate it already.
