Apartment Review for The Village On University At Asu - Tempe, AZ

I would not recommend this apartment. Not only do I have to drive over 11 speed bumps just to get to my apartment to look at of my view of a dog park and Mexico, but the washing machine smells like mildew, the dishwasher leaks, the carpet looks like it has lepracy, and I live with more crickets than I do roommates. I do like that it came furnished (who wants to move a couch and a bed up stairs in the middle of August?!?!) but some of the furniture is GROSS (I lucked out cause my roommate works in the front office). The utilities are included, which is nice, but the price for the actual apartment makes up for it ($465/person x 4 roomates = $1860/mo....OUCH). Oh, and by the way, the first payment was due August 1st, but I didn't get to move in until August 23rd. READ THE LEASE CAREFULLY....they like to screw you over here. And if you like feeling safe, don't count on that here.....the gates are open ALL the time, and I've often seen the security guards TOGETHER, smoking, off in the back. If you want to live in a
