Apartment Review for The Reach - Tempe, AZ

The apartments previous ownership did not care at all about the community or the residents. They were money hungry. The new management team has really cleaned things up. The grounds are kept, they have a maintanence staff and they are proactive about continuing to better these apartments. They have on-site management. The manager is really nice and appears to really care about the residents. I have been here for a few months and have seen a drastic improvement.
