If you have issues related to room-mates, safety, and maintenance etc, the managers refer you to their student employees, who in turn treat you like your dealing with a car dealer. They can't make decisions they just keep running back and forth between the parent and the manager with superficial non-problem solving evasive answers. As parents we should not rent from these sleazy organizations.
