Apartment Review for The Gateway At Tempe - Tempe, AZ

My time here at Gateway (since August '09) has been miserable. I had selected a mid-level upgrade to my apartment, and when I walked in on my first day here it was not upgraded and looked like a group of savages lived here previously. My apartment has still not been fully upgraded and today's date is November 13th. Everything breaks here too, since living here I've had a dryer microwave, and soon a door replaced. Maintenance does not do their job of getting things fixed in a timely manner and the office staff (not necessarily the managers) are terrible. They are all ASU students, and sit in the office and play on Facebook all day. Yet, they get free rent? This place is SEVERELY OVERPRICED and if I could find someone to take my lease NOW, I would. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Rent is done by PER PERSON.
