We want to let everyone know that Campus Living Villages is the new manager at the Gateway Tempe effective September 1, 2008. We know many of you are frustrated with prior management and the level of past customer service. We will strive to improve your experience at the Gateway. In our first 20 days, we have implemented a new online work order management system allowing our residents the ability to report maintenance repairs without leaving your apartment and the ability to report needed repairs 24 hours a day at your convenience. Our commitment to you is to improve the quality of life at Gateway Tempe. While we understand that there have been issues in the past, we are diligently working toward improving the community.
