Apartment Review for The Gateway At Tempe - Tempe, AZ

I was lucky, my apartment has brand new carpet. others were not so lucky. It is always loud at night...it's quietest from 6 am to 3 pm. Thirsty thursdays are a must over here! I think it's a good transition from dorms to a house, because you get away with so much (hardly any noise violations are given out). THE MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE. Don't count on anything being done, ever. It can be, but usually when you don't want it to be. The apartments aren't too bad, it's just the atmosphere that's unbearable
