Overpriced, Small and Bad Neighborhood

Pro's next to downtown Tempe and ASU. The Cons Next to Downtown Tempe and ASU. Like everything near ASU or Downtown You pay a fortune for a 2 bedrm that is so small that there is no room for a table to eat on. The area has drastically declined there are homeless people digging through your trash and people will steal things right off your patio even if chained and locked. Its right underneath a flightpath so if you like sleep forget it. Managment changes so often that they do know no the residents or care about their problems. Its owned by Aimco the same company that owns Sun River and is managed just as poorly. The apartments are old and falling apart. They painted over the outside but over crumbling plaster and holes in walls. Water faucets that are contstantly leaking and sinks that do not drain properly. The floors on the upstairs are soft( I mean mushy). When we moved in the aprtment was not ready for us. The dishwasher was filthy and smelled as well as had rusted and broken racks. The cabinets do not close because of multiple layers of paint. The bathtub was old and they did not even bother to place that crummy paint that they place on the bathtubs and sinks. The neighbors play their music so loud that their bass lines come through at midnight, There is often drunks outside making noise. A couple of months ago our ac went out and it took them two days to fix it when it was over a 100 degrees outside. You do not want to live here. Run. |
