Apartment Review for Tempe Groves - Tempe, AZ

Of all the apartments I've lived in throughout my life, this has got to be the WORST complex ever. First of all there is a lack of security thats its not even funny. I've seen drug deals in the back parking lot, people casing cars to steal, and random people walking around the property. Perhaps if the gates weren't 3 feet tall and the walking gates unlocked this might not be such an issue. Another issue is just how loud these apartments are...I could here everything...music, walking, sex...it got a bit too much for me. Finally the staff is incompetent in the office. The make it seem like a great place when they're showing it to you, but after that you're just another person. They have no idea who you are and treat you like shit. All in all I'd never recommend ANYONE, even if I hated them, to move into this complex.
