Apartment Review for Tempe Apartments - Tempe, AZ

Overall apearance is dirty, lots of garbarge all over property. Office staff does not respond to tenant needs, Water flow failures, lots of water damage in apratments, mold, mildew, cochroaches, heaters do not work and are falling of ceiling, I would not live here unless it was the last place on earth, which is what alot of tenants responded when asked about why they have no choice, but to live in these conditions. I am suggesting calling the health department, I think they would have alot to say.
