Apartment Review for Tanglewood Apartments - Tempe, AZ

This apartment complex is full of Drug Trafficing, Scorpions, Cockroaches, Health hazards, loud screaming and yelling, domestic violence, Theivery, The maitnance personell is constantly trafficing drugs and using drugs along with the Management. The Manager does buy food stamps from tennants and is always lying to the tennants, There is constant dog feces on the sidwalk and in the parking lot. Loud music and underage drinking in the commen area. The pools have been condemend once. Constant Police patrol as they let felons rent even though you sign a non felon clause along with a crime free and drug free complex. It takes months for management to fix a problem with in the apartment as well as the manager is never available on the grounds even though the manager lives on grounds. If you pay your rent in full somehow the next month you owe more money??? They will scam you at this apartment. It is not safe for children. If you are just out of prison or a habitual drug user then this is the place for you you have found paradise!!! It should be condemend
