Apartment Review for Sun River Village - Tempe, AZ

Ah, Sun River. From Baseline it appears to be a reasonably well maintained complex. But, venturing beyond the gates you will find yourself living in the 'hood. Where to begin? From my car being broken into twice, to the nightly visits from the local authorities to the premises, to the screaming, window breaking neighbors, to the air conditioning that refused to cool the apartment below 85 degrees - there are simply too many good memories to list. Add to this the front office that could never find my contract file until it came time to take all of my deposits and one discovers that she has made a very bad, bad decision to live here. Trust me, a frigidaire box would be preferable to this property, not to mention about $800.00 a month cheaper.
