Apartment Review for Southern Gardens - Tempe, AZ

I was happy living here. I had no problems with the maintenance, office staff and most of the neighbours. My repairs were done in a timely manner, the air conditioning and heating worked consistently, and I felt safe living there. If I complained to Cindy about tenants being superbly annoying, the situation was dealt with. They had moved a group of Hawaiian party girls into the unit above us, and these lovely ladies liked to tromp around like a bunch of hyper-active heffers. I talked to Cindy and they started stepping more-lightly after that.

My only issue was the parking lot. I had borrowed my boyfriend's sister's car and someone had attempted to steal it, jacking up the ignition and stealing stuff from inside the car. I was immensely irritated by the indcident, but relieved that the car was not totally stolen.

The landscaping was meticulous, I didn't care for the playgournd (the few times we used it, there was cat poo in the wood chips), and my only other issue was lack of dumpster space for trash. Sometimes it would really fill up and I felt like a jerk just tossing it on and watching it roll off the side and I felt hassled walking to the other dumpster.

Otherwise, I really did enjoy living there. The living space was ample and the privacy was fantastic.
