Apartment Review for South Bank Apartments - Tempe, AZ

I lived here from 2000 to 2001. The managers, who live there also, were super nice and always helpful. I never had any problems with neighbors, and had a very positive experince there. Note: these apartments are under the flight path of many aircraft and is close to ASU which you can hear the game rumblings from inside. But I do recall the buliding being rather well-insulated from the sound and it was easy for me to tune it out.
