It is a great place to live if you have little money. The crime rate here is very high. A man was shot right underneath my roommates window and the complex did not inform anyone or even attempt to acquire a security service. Over all it is an okay place to live if you do not mind have no patio or sometimes loud neighbors.  Need to rent an apartment?
