Apartment Review for San Marbeya - Tempe, AZ

I lived in the back of the Complex so the parties some complain about were not a problem for me. BEware of the train, the train goes by 4-5 times daily and I dont care how slow they go it shakes the damn ground... Worst part they charge the same rate for these apts as all the others. If it were cheaper go for it you get used to it after a while. Also mgmt is very polite but done follow up, more thana few times I had a problem with the over charging me, I voiced my concern, they said they would call the next day... TIME AND TIME AGAIN they didnt call back,althouht they did resolve the situation eventually it was more than I should have had to deal with.... BEST PART OF THE APT, the pool and the sexy girls all over the place, also the NICEST complex in Tempe hands down... SO I DONT FORGET THERE ARE MASSIVE SPEED BUMPS EVERYWHERE IT WILL TAKE YOU 10 MINIUTES TO DRIVE AROUND THE COMPLEX CAUSE YOU HAVE TO STOP EVERY 50 FEET, IF I HAD A CHOICE TO MOVE BACK IN, THE SPEED BUMPS WOUYLD BE THE DECIDING FACTOR AND I WOUL GO ELSE WHERE, ACTUALLY BENT A RIM ON THE NEW SPEED BUMP
