Apartment Review for Salado Springs Apartments - Tempe, AZ

The best thing about this small complex is the staff. They are very community oriented and responsive. The airplane noise takes some getting used to, however it grows you. With that said, the area is not very safe. Our car was broken into twice within 6 weeks and our apartment once. Police warned that this is a high traffic area for transients. And break-ins and petty theft is a direct result. The parking lot appears "gated", however it turns out to be more of a hassle to tenants than a theft deterrent. Must be tolerant to college student behavior to survive here.
