the units are clean, spacious and the complex itself has many great amenities. overpriced, but close to buses and asu - so decide what you are ready to trade-off to walk home from mill ave. however, the staff are rude and lacking in any skills necessary to help tenants. not only do they huff and puff about having to answer any question about your rent, they are also unable to find you the answer even if they try to. this is the place to come to if you want to learn how NOT to treat people, and especially customers. what the idiots who work in the office do not realize is that our rent pays for their salaries. uncaring. unsympathetic. and just plain stupid folk work at the quadrangles village agency.
