I didn't think before moving here that all the drunk college kids would bother me (seeing as I'm near college age). However, good luck ever falling asleep before 2am. They boast covered parking for tenants only, however I can never get a damned covered parking spot. Management is good for the most part but only fix the larger things and don't care about things like broken fixtures (of which my apartment has plenty). Overall, a decent place, but I need something quieter and nicer.  Need to rent an apartment?
