Stayed because of location but this is what you can expect: 1. Truck stolen part by part in parking lot. First tailgate stolen. Six weeks later tail lense stolen. Six weeks after that hub caps stolen. Management does nothing. No security. Random bike security guy is useless. 2. Bathrooms have no ventilation are breeding ground for fungus, mold and other critters. Good experimentation lab for bio majors. 3. Dishwashers effictively blast dishes with overflow water from garbage disposal due to a major plumbing issue. Excess water from sink overflows garbage disposal and drains to dishwasher and eventually onto kitchen floor. Enjoy. 4. Referencing item 3's ability to clean: Crusted water blasted onto dishes and baked on soap and crap from garbage diposal ruins dishes after 3 washes. No amount of soap in the dishwasher will undo damage. Pitched all dishes and now use disposable plastic only and hand washing some dishes. 5. Hand washing: make sure to wash dishes right away because roaches will carry them away. 6. Most amazing place for vegatation growth. Incredibly 4 days per week at 7 am or earlier expect a guy or 10 with a chain saw motor driven lawn device to either be chopping, blowing, cutting, mulching. It never ends. Expect sleep to be terrible. 7. Walls and floors not insulated. I think I hear the guy on the first floor and I'm on the third. 8. windows are a joke. 9. Barking pets all the time. Dog crap all over the grass. 10. maintenance is useless at fixing anything. expect to call them many times to get anything fixed. Right now: Broken toilet, closet, bathroom taps, and kitchen taps, and shower faucet. 11. Management has a crappy attitude. closing pools for punishement, $11.00 / day late fee if you miss a rent payment. 12. Any local special event, football etc... there is no parking because the fans take all the spots. 13. The cops are there about 3 times per week. 14. Note the tar parking lot has a different texture in one spot near the office. That would be the far right one towards the mail box (which you can't mail there because someone broke into it too many times). It is that way becaus when someone lit someone's car on fire it melted the tar and they filled it with a different type. 15. Expect the water to be out at least once per month in the morning. The pipes break here all the time. when you walk around you can see where they have had to dig trenches to fix them. 16. The really neat thing is that you can lay in bed in the morning and know which way the wind is blowing without opening an eye. How you say? The airplanes from PHX sky harbor take off into the wind and the wind is usually from the east or in other words: 90 % of the time they are taking off right over your head. Full Throttles and windows a rattlin. I can now distinguish a dc9 from a 737, or a 757 or an a320 and the national guard planes (they are the loudest). The reason you don't hear them on landing into the west wind is that they are at half throttle or less
