Apartment Review for Quadrangles Apartments - Tempe, AZ

Want to move to a place that doesn't give a damn about its residents? Quadrangles is for you! This place sucks. Management doesn't care at all - they dont even pretend to. No more cox internet here because some small start up company paid off the management and now the internet here BLOWS and you have NO CHOICE AT ALL. Its a huge complex with 4 gates - 3 of which are being closed to give it a safer "look". What if you live on the other side of the complex? Enjoy driving over 20 speed bumps and taking that extra 5 minutes just to park anywhere near your home. Management likes scaring people into compliance - case and point the 3-4 intents-to-enter I get every single month so they can legally check up on whats going on. The irritating thing? They never actually show up or do anything, they're just giving themselves the legal right to invade your privacy at will. Parties are loud. Hey look, there's a gym! Oh wait, someone stole half the weights. Management wont pay to replace them to 'teach the thieves a lesson'. Who's really being punished? Hey look, a business center! What a shame the internet hasn't worked a single day since I moved in and even if it did the printer is simply non-functional. Want to talk to the owners? Tough shit, you're just plain NOT ALLOWED. Even the manager wont show her face in this S-hole. I really would not recommend moving into this apartment complex.
