Apartment Review for Quadrangles Apartments - Tempe, AZ

Don't live here if you plan to study or like your sleep. Most nights (including weekdays) drunk fights emerged outside the window which kept my roommate and I up late at night. We often went home to catch up on some studying or ZZ's. Our neighbors above earned the nickname "elephants" because they constantly stomped around and also kept us awake at night. I could even hear their alarm through the walls- which wasn't nice to wake up to at 6am on a Sunday morning. Definitely would not recommend this place. Plus, the staff lies! Don't be fooled by the nice entrance!
