Apartment Review for Quadrangles Apartments - Tempe, AZ

I have live at the quads for 15 months now and my lease is finally up. I have had soooo many problems with this place. the appliances are from the 70s and everything is falling appart. the whole complex is infested with roaches and they dont give a shit. i have called maint. so many times so come fix things and they never do, they claim they were never broke. the management is horrible and the staff is rude. my car got stolen in the middle of the day!! and when i went to the office to call the police they didnt even care. and my boyfriends car stero got stolen 2x in the matter of 7months. the car port lights dont work and the place is very porley lighted. if u want to live close to campus consider the villiage or somewhere else, its not worth the headache.
