Apartment Review for Pine Shadows Apartments - Tempe, AZ

I honestly can't think of anything nice to say about this place. From the day I moved into this apartment there was roaches here. It took the management one year to do something about the pest problem. What made me even more frustrated is that when I told them I had a black widow and many scorpions in my apartment they didn't seem to care. The worst part of it all, the day they decided to do their 'mandatory pest control' was right before the holidays! It hasen't really helped much since I just had to kill another roach! The gates here are worthless. There is no security and I've never felt safe here. I've seen numerous drug deals take place out in the parking lot. The cops have been to this complex many times and there was even a helicopter cirling the complex at one point (that has to tell you something about the people that live here)! I have already put in my 60 days notice to leave this hell hole!
