Apartment Review for Pine Shadows Apartments - Tempe, AZ

i have had problems with management all along but moving out became a nightmare. i tried to give a 30 day notice that i would be moving out on august 11, but apparently they do not prorate so i have to pay to not live here through the 31st. what makes it worse is they increased monthly rent about $100 dollars and the month to month rent is an additional $100. my rent was about 750 but for 11 days they want to charge me $970. not only has this happened to me but it happened to another resident i am friends with if this is thier idea of customer service i would suggest staying away from aimco properties.
