Apartment Review for Paxton On Rural - Tempe, AZ

I went to management office 6/29/2007 5;55pm I spoke with leasing agent Annalisa Correa at that time she show me modal but I asked show me apartment what i move to she denied. she told me if somethings wrong inside apartment she give me money back.I asked write down and sign she said no but she promises so I gave to her security deposit.next day I went to office I asked Annalisa again I really want a see inside apartment before I move in she refused.on 7/1/2007 my friend and I visited office we asked Annalisa my security deposit back.less than 48hours had passed giving the deposit she refused.I should be entitied a full refund of my security deposit.7/24/2007 my friend visited she want a help moving and she told me something strong smelled really bad like mold and mildew. my family move in Paxton apartment. we found bathroom toilet was loose and move.7/30/2007 heavy rain began to roof leak and kitchen floor wet by the under the back door.maintenance person came he told me that this was not an emergency he thought flood and bathroom toilet over flooding.he said the landlord could not fix and contractor would have to repair this problem. however if a contractor is necessary then it is obviously an emergency.I went management office because I have to pay the rent also I have to put work order the leak yesterday. the lady came told Annalisa she's #165 her celing was leak yesterday 8/27/and 9/24/2007 my friend and I visited office my friend told leasing agent Daniel and the manager Connie Martin my whole family had lots stress we need know when would fix manager Connie told us that the bucket had a little bit of in the water and ahe asked last Friday how much rain in bucket my friend told manager Connie I put big trashcan.the manager Connie very uncare and rude.I asked Connie can I could get month free rent until the leak was fixed or can I transfer me to another unit? the manager Connie said no. My friend and I return to my apartment and we found a large number of ants in my kitchen floor and by the back door that were attracted by the water that came under the back door every time it rained. 8/16/2007 I saw maintenance person I asked when you fix he told me 172 unit fix and he fix my apartment. From 8/18 to 9/27/2007 my whole bulding no light outside. I heard many people put workorder and 9/21 i was call 'City of Tempe'left message too.this apartment complex lots people had problem many time request for repair but roof leaks and kitchen floor wet by the backdoor when it rains and nothing has been done.
