Dianne the property manager is NOT wonderful. However, she WILL tell you many details about her personal life, her relatives and their health problems, especially when something in the apartment requires repair. Perhaps her point is to help you to realize that other people have it harder than you do... After all, what's worse? Cancer or your apartment? Besides, it can be interesting to sleep in a bedroom with walls so thin that it sounds like you're in bed with your neighbor! Fart Box 4 U BABY. If you think I'm exaggerating, go ahead and sign the lease!!! And spend the next year of your life watching the trashy turnover of tenants. TAKE A WALK ON THE SHARKSIDE... The courtyard is lovely. No doubt about it ... and scantily clad children who linger there under those forty-year-old trees will stop teasing the skeletal cats to offer you cheap deals on used furniture when you're checking your mail. And your neighbor's credit card bill will be in your mailbox, so it gives you an opportunity to chat with your neighbor... If this place were cheap... say $625 plus electric, I would say slum it up. But, the amount of money you're getting screwed on with this place equals nearly a decent car payment.
