Apartment Review for Meridian Corners - Tempe, AZ

This was my first and last Apartment. I lived in the unit 4 years while I was in school. It was horrible. I had speed freaks living upstairs (feeling the need to move their furniture on and off of the balcony all night), homeless people in the laundry room, and the walls were paper-thin. The office staff was totally incompetent & lost rent checks and payments all the time. I had 2 attempted break-ins period. Nothing was ever fixed in the unit &, what's more, the moronic office staff tried to charge me for these repairs when I moved. I really wanted to move after the first year, but didn't have time. I was rewarded when my rent was raised in the last year. I was so fed up that I am now in debt up to my eyeballs with a house payment & doing my own repairs, but at least I know that things will be fixed, and I don't have to pay some money-grubbing landlord extra money every month to get a pet. Thank you Meridian Corners. I will never rent again.
