Apartment Review for Marianna Apartments - Tempe, AZ

The company that still manage the apts (2009) is awful. They reported me because they charged me the lawyer that they hired to answer a letter written for the ASU lawyer complaining because they towned my car. They were right on that. However even though I paid their lawyer $250 they hired, they reported me to a collection agency and after one year they told the agency I did pay. As consequence they have affected my credit. Don't trust on the manager.
