Apartment Review for Lakeview At The Bay - Tempe, AZ

Don't waste your money here. There are far better places for the same price. This place is gross. If I had it to do over again, I would have rented somewhere else. The management sucks- they don't respond to maintenence requests. I had a leaking roof (a large hole in the ceiling!) for a month and a half before they fixed it. I even called the regional property owners, & they were no help either. Trust me, do not rent from this place. It is horrible.
