Apartment Review for Lakefront At West Bay - Tempe, AZ

Expect the worst possible environment ever!Its no different thanliving on a colledge campus,its really a party/frat house.With Wild,LOUD,Dirty tenents and tons of little screaming children EVERYWHERE!!!Your car will definetly get vandelized,smell marijuana everywhere and enjoy a poorly kept up property.The grounds are okay in front but behind the scene is filthy!Its got a beautiful lake view and keep in mind it was built in the (70's)so its very old and things always falling apart.You will wait FOREVER to get them fixed and there very QUICK to collect money or bill you for something,but dont have the same senceof urgency when your in need of helf or repairs!!!But if your a low life and love partykids,loud noise and the police always there.Also dont let them rent you apt#2424 there was a man found DEAD in there for quit some time and the HAZMAT crew was there!!!Managment is hit and miss the place is adumpand dought anyonecould fix it unless they bulldose it and rebuild!!!
