Apartment Review for Lakefront At West Bay - Tempe, AZ

This place is ridiculously overpriced for what you get. The model apartment always appear to be in top condition as to show future residents and lure them into renting here. I've rented out two apartments here and both had things initially wrong with them and had cheap linoleum flooring instead of the wooden flooring shown in the model. When you call maintenance to repair things, they never get to it unless you literally raise your voice. Parking is terrible, there are no assigned spots so its first come first serve. The complex themselves smells like rotting fish. The one good thing about it is there are no bugs. I haven't seen one in either of my apartments. That's about it. Definitely a waste of money, I can guarantee you will find an apartment 5 times better for the cost. Also, if you do decide to rent here for whatever reason, don't let them rent you apartment 2424. There was a dead decomposing body left in there recently and I swear that apartment, let alone the floor, is haunted.
