Apartment Review for Lakefront At West Bay - Tempe, AZ

The management is very kind and helpful. The maintenance staff are lazy slobs. The parking is awful. There is no assigned parking, and sometimes I have to walk across the entire apartment complex. I've seen security here maybe 3 times in my 13 months. This place is set up like a hotel and the tenants are the same. It's noisy, full of party kids. On top of one of the vacant units that have been burnt out and sits empty, there have been numerous break ins here despite the "gated" feature. They try to show the place off with fountains and peaceful streams, but it smells like dead fish, and the street just outside of the complex smells like a waste water treatment facility. I've found nice places for the same amount of rent.
