Apartment Review for Lakefront At West Bay - Tempe, AZ

I moved to this apartment in January because I started a new Job and this was a seemingly close location and it appeared to be in good shape when I viewed it at www.apartmentguide.com. I had accidentially pulled into the location next door and thought the buildings were very nice, until I was informed that MY apartment was the next complex over. Immedately upon entering the gate there was a foul odor; death. To my amazement the "Lake" was nothing more than a festering swamp, there was an industrial dumpster 10W x 18L x 7Ht overflowing with trash, the second floor trash shoot room was filled with rubbish from top to bottom. If not for the fact that my employment began that monday and I had just drove four 9hrs I would have laughed in the face of the admin as she showed me the premisis. This apartment complex is a hostil for ASU students, drug addicts, and gang activity. If you value your belongings !D O N O T M O V E H E R E!
