Apartment Review for Lakefront At West Bay - Tempe, AZ

I know it looks nice and all next to the lake, but its not worth the headache. I am just getting out of a year lease that isnt even a full year. I signed for a year, but they messed up and made it 11 months. So they wont let me out early, b/c its not a full 12 months, but since the contract I signed is up I have to may month to month fees and rent, which is about 250$ more than usual. This is entrapment. And furthermore I have had a broken thermostat all summer so either my electric bill is very high or it is hot as hell in my apartment. Management is rude, incompetent, and non-apologetic for their faults. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!
