Apartment Review for Lakefront At West Bay - Tempe, AZ

I LOVE the rivers and waterfalls that are located near every room. The pool and lake view really are beautiful.

My complaints are: Claims to be gated community but I have lived here for 9 months and I think the gate has functioned for a total of maybe three weeks. Still, I feel safe here, it is not located directly on a main street and I have never had any sort of theft or anything. Im a college girl and safty is VERY important to me, and the fact that I feel safe here, even walking my dog late at night, tells a lot.

As for noise, the walls are concrete so you don't really hear your neighbors but all guest bedrooms are located right off of the outside walkways and you can hear EVERYTHING! There usually arent too many parties here but when there is it sounds like its right next door to you. So, if you can get the masterbedroom that is located in the back of the Apt the only noise you'll hear is the waterfalls.

For the most part i enjoy living here, its a great price compared to the other places around here and a great location. For me, the little rivers, waterfalls and lake make it worth it...its just so peaceful.
