Apartment Review for Lakefront At West Bay - Tempe, AZ

I moved in around June of '06 under the old management, they weren't terribly helpful. I spoke to them maybe three times before the switch over lather that year.

It's now December and the new management hit their stride about a month ago. They've filled all the maintenance positions from when they let all the previous maintenance and management go. I get my requests taken care of within the hour usually.

The Theater is up and running flawlessly, and they provide snacks and drinks for those that rent time in it.

The pool area no longer has empty beer cans strewn about, and there is almost no litter to speak of. They've fixed the vending machines by the elevators, and the elevators are always functional.

The lawns are well kept, and there isn't a plethora of dog poop anymore.

The office staff is helpful and friendly, and they know any regular visitors on sight and by name.

The new ownership had a bumpy start, most likely due to having to fire most of the previous management and maintenance right from the get go. Now everything is running smooth.
