Apartment Review for Lakefront At West Bay - Tempe, AZ

i lived here back in 2002 and moved back again just recently in Jan of 06. back in 02 the place was awful-rundown,noisy,constant parties,grounds unkept,maintenance never prompt.

a new managment company just took over the place about 6 months ago and since then it's been sooo much better. people are fined if they are caught littering (even cigarrette butts), fined for using pool after hours, the gounds are kept up fairly well, maintenance is prompt to fix all my problems,and the staff in the office is polite and friendly. since the new managment team moved in the place went from a 3 to about an 8 in my book. i no longer hear huge parties taking place-the people who live above me were warned twice for partying and then evicted after the 2nd warning. the gate is always locked and i rarely see a police car in the complex

i live here with my 3 small children as a single mom and for me to say i feel safe is a really big deal!! in addition-i work night shift and sometimes come home in the middle of the night-i feel totally safe walking from my car to my apt. there is security walking the grounds from 9p-5a every night.
