Apartment Review for La Estancia - Tempe, AZ

The Staff is very friendly the apartments are nice.BUT my apartment was infested with roaches. I had to call them every week to put my apartment on the exterminator list. It's just disgusting. They claim that there are only about 3 apartments that call all the time (which somehow happens to be my apartment) but I find that highly unlikely. Please investigate more into this issue before you move in. I mean ROACHES are absolutely disgusting. I stopped living there the past 8mths and stayed w/ my bf simply unbearable.
