Apartment Review for La Estancia Apartments - Tempe, AZ

I have lived her at La Estancia for over a year. The setting is beautiful, but I've had a lot of problems and lots of maintenance people in my apartment. My apartment was not clean when I moved in, my air conditioning broke in the middle of the summer, and all of my appliances had to be replaced due to wear. Most recently I used a vending machine on property that took my money and didn't give me a product. Every time I ask about getting my money back I'm told the complex doesn't own the machines and sorry. I will be leaving when my lease is up in October.
