Apartment Review for La Cresenta Park Apartments - Tempe, AZ

I lived here for very long and I will write a list of reasons why you should not even think about living here. 1.) The management sucks that they allowed an unprofessional uneducated person to manage the property. She was practically a receptionist turned manager in the office. I don't know what they were thinking. 2.)The AC always breaks down in the middle of the summer and in a place like the PHoenix metro area thats the last thing you want! Worst of all there was once no AC for about a week!!! 3.) The wall are nothing close to having sound insulation. You cannot find peace of mind to rest quietly or if you are a student study at night. 4.)Roaches! After my move-in the very first day I saw roaches. Big and plenty. 5.)The complex does whatever they can to rip you off at the end of lease term while checking out. SO RENTERS BEWARE AND BEWARNED
